Chilled Kongs, an NFT collection on the Cardano Blockchain inspired by the "Bored Ape Yacht Club" on Ethereum, was launched on December 8, 2021. André Monfort (IG - @andre.monfort), a Brazilian who left architecture and civil engineering to explore the world of crypto art, is the founder and lead artist of this CNFT project. The collection consists of 8,888 non-fungible tokens.

On January 4, 2022, the most expensive NFT in the collection, ChilledKong5548 with God Eyes (0.26%), was sold for 15,000 ADA (approximately $20,000 at the time of sale) on the jpg.store Marketplace. The previous all-time high sale was for 6,590 ADA (approximately $8,680) on December 30, 2021, when ChilledKong4674 with Gold Skin (0.23%) was sold.
