Metastate is a blockchain infrastructure company that provides tools and services to support the development and operation of decentralized applications on various blockchain platforms.

As it relates to Cardano, Metastate is involved in the development of Plutus, the smart contract language used on the Cardano blockchain. Metastate has been working closely with IOHK, the organization responsible for the development of Cardano, to build and maintain the Plutus platform.
